Insurance

Obtaining of appropriate insurance (in particular comprehensive insurance) is the owner's responsibility. Owner herewith expressly indemnifies Hochmuth Bootsbau AG against any liability for fire and elementary damages. Unless such indemnification is provided, owner shall commission Hochmuth Bootsbau AG, to obtain insurance in owner's name and for owner's account.
